Logistics
Providing flexible and innovative supply solutions to meet our suppliers’ and customers’ needs is a fundamental part of Zymachem’s business. We place great emphasis on the quality of the service offered by our logistics department for just-in-time deliveries and specialized order requirements.
Stocking Policy and Warehousing
Upon customer’s request, Zymachem has the ability of holding stock of a wide range of chemicals in local warehouses; we constantly review our stockholding to ensure we meet the needs of our customers and the markets we serve. To help reduce lead times for non-stock items, we can arrange air shipments from manufacturing facilities to meet the customers deadlines for manufacturing.
Customer Service
Zymachem understands the importance of ensuring that materials are delivered to our customers safely and on time and our logistics department has a full time customer service function dedicated to monitoring the progress of customer orders and ensuring that any issues are dealt with as soon as possible and customers are kept fully informed of the progress of their deliveries.
