Purpose

These terms govern the use of zymachem.com, run by Zymachem, a cosmetic ingredient distributor based in Candiac. By using the site, you accept these terms.

Ingredient information

The catalogue is a beta. Ingredient information (names, INCI, functions, codes and descriptions) comes from the manufacturers and is provided for guidance only. It may be incomplete or change without notice.

It does not replace the manufacturer's technical data sheet (TDS) or safety data sheet (SDS), which we send on request. Making sure your formulations and products meet the laws and regulations that apply to them remains your responsibility.

Requests and orders

The ingredient list and the contact form are for sending us a request. They are not an order. Prices, minimum quantities, availability and lead times are confirmed in writing in a Zymachem quote.

Intellectual property

Zymachem's text, design and logo are protected by copyright and trademark law. Partner and product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to present the ranges we distribute.

You may view and print the site's pages for your professional use. Any other reproduction needs our written consent.

Links to other sites

The site links to our partners' websites and other third parties. Zymachem is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, without guaranteeing that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Zymachem is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the information on it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives consumers, including under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Subject to consumers' rights, any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Montréal. If the French and English versions differ, the French version prevails.
